Rocky DiRico is truly a master, not only at Karate, but also at reaching and teaching children of all ages.  He manages to keep a class of students from toddler through teenager motivated, and interested in learning, and achieving the next goal.  Our only experience is with the Beginner class at 4:15, but it seems that his teaching skill spans all ages (including adults).
