What do you do with the kids on a rainy day in San Diego? Take them to the coffee shop! This place is great for children and parents. The kids can play while the parents enjoy a cup of joe or a bagel or tea or whatever. The littles ones play in an enclosed area while older children may borrow board games or do arts and crafts at a nearby table. There is a small charge for children in the play area. Food and beverage prices are reasonable. Also, there are many free events including storytime.  The employees are friendly, the service is great. This place is a convenient meetup for moms and children througout San Diego County. My child has enjoyed each visit, and I have enjoyed having some time to do a crossword puzzle without being interrupted.
