What a great place for kids to be creative! A friend and I with our 3 year olds checked this museum out for a playdate during the week. I heard of it from a pass from the library. I thought "Why not?" HOAM is definitely a hidden treasure. The children were able to be as creative as they wanted. There were staff members able to gently guide the children if they wanted to help with a craft. My son loved the art room! It turned into their own studio with the pictures they made! It is a priceless place! There were numerous rooms for the children to use. Looking forward to bringing my 6 year old niece when she comes down to MA. :)
