I didn't know that to have a successful weightbearing exercise that I didn't have to cling on a 10 pound barbell for dear life - I detest weights! According to this article...music to my ears...you can hike, play sports and other easy activities to have an all important weightbearing exercise with those all important benefits. As I get older I'm told I need more of it and I would cringe...no longer, my brisk walk everyday is a pretty good start!
