Here is a simple and easy recipe for delicious cookies, made from a box of cake mix. Almost any flavor will work, except angel food.

Preheat oven to 350'. 

1 box any flavor, any brand cake mix. 2 eggs. 1/2 cup cooking oil.

mix ingredients in large bowl until smooth. Place a tablespoon of dough on a greased cookie sheet or baking stone and bake 10-12 mins or until lightly browned around edges. Cool, and enjoy!

Other possible added ingredients: Chocolate or other flavor chips. Nuts. Raisins. Toffee Chips. Others?

We have tried lots of flavors over the years including dark and milk chocolate, yellow, strawberry, lemon and spice. a few our favorites are dark chocolate mix with vanilla chips, yellow with semi sweet chips and strawberry with frosting on top.
