Stone Zoo is small enough to see it all with toddlers or small kids, but big enough to feel like you've been to the zoo. They have many beautiful animals, a snack shop, gift shop, small train ride, playground, and petting zoo.  The zoo is well cared for and clean. It is not glamorous like it's brother, Franklin Park Zoo, but it is easy to get to and easy to explore. There is a Friendly's down the street for lunch before or after.
