If so, then I recommend two resources. First is the book Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron. I didn't follow her advice to the letter. For instance, I wasn't keen on grinding my own seeds or feeding my baby brewer's yeast. However, I found the appendix at the back that explains how to prepare all kinds of fruits and vegetables to be invaluable. My second favorite resource is http://www.wholesomebabyfood.com. They have great ideas for baby food combinations, such as sweet potatoes and apples. I worked full-time and still managed to feed my son almost exclusively organic homemade food. I didn't buy any special equipment. I just used my food processor to puree cooked veggies and then ice cube trays for freezing. I also bought Super Foods for Babies and Children by Annabel Karmel. She gets a lot of TV time, but I wasn't impressed with the book. There were too many ingredients and I spent more time making his meals than the adult meals. Comments
